As couples embark on their journey to plan the perfect wedding, every detail matters. From the choice of venue, to the delicate nuances of décor.

Each element contributes to crafting an unforgettable experience. Among these details, is the use of escort cards and tables—or even escort walls—stands as a sophisticated touch that not only practically assists guests to find their table, but also adds a layer of detailing to the celebration.
What is an escort card? Escort cards serve as the initial point of contact for guests as they enter the wedding venue. These cards, not only indicate the table where each guest will be seated, but also can act as a focal point, an artistic aesthetic display, or even double up as favours. They can reflect the couple’s personalities or the overall theme of the wedding or inject a little humour. By having escort cards, you can also do away with a more formal table seating chart too.
Additionally, escort cards and tables offer an opportunity for couples to express gratitude to their guests. Some of my personal favourite escort tables are where couples have integrated the cards with their favours or additional items for tablescaping, such as miniature potted succulents, pre wedding breakfast cocktails, personalised photos or letters to the guests. This gesture of thoughtfulness adds a heartfelt touch to the celebration and leaves a lasting impression on guests. I’ve seen, beautifully packaged fudge, bottles of spritz or gin and sip and sit glasses. Browse through the photos for some inspiration.
The use of escort cards, tables, and walls, transcend mere practicality, they serve as a way to elevate a wedding experience and infuse it with creativity, personalisation and a little bit fun! The ideas are endless!
